“What can I say? Quite simply the best experience I’ve had with remodelers! Instead of simply telling how good they were, here are some specifics: – I don’t have any experience in design and what looks good. Patiently I was guided through several choices on multiple items – flooring, cabinets, vanity, etc. The final product is well above my expectations in looks. It is both modern and functional. – It was an extremely small job (1 full and a 1/2 bath remodel), but they treated me as if I were their only project. Although I know they had other projects that undoubtedly were more important, never did they drift from my project onto others, causing delay (which I’ve had in the past). – The pricing was well within my range of estimating. And I’d add, that the project manager and work crews did more than expected, “because we take pride in all our jobs . .. ” was the quote. You don’t hear that very often anymore. – Even when I create a problem, that could have delayed the project an entire week, they jumped in and help solve it. The project, one week in length finished on time. – EVEN AFTER THE PROJECT WAS DONE, they noticed one small flaw (a light switch cover was not the right style (I didn’t even notice it)), they came back a couple of days later and fixed it. As I said, this was quite simply the best experience I’ve had with any contractors! I’m already planning on getting their bid on the rest of my apartment.”
